M27 combines both AHA (glycolic acid) and BHA (salicylic acid) to exfoliate dead skin cells, clear pores, and refine skin’s surface. It also includes hydrating and soothing ingredients like vitamin B5 and hyaluronic acid to maintain moisture balance and minimize dryness or irritation. This serum aims to help reduce appearance of fine lines, visible pores, uneven tone, and dullness. It is lightweight and fast absorbing, intended for nighttime use, and suited for users looking to incorporate chemical exfoliation into their skincare routine.
Key Ingredients & Roles
-
Glycolic Acid (AHA) — an alpha hydroxy acid that exfoliates the top layer of dead skin, promoting smoother texture and brighter complexion
-
Salicylic Acid (BHA) — penetrates into pores to help unclog and reduce blemishes or excess oil
-
Vitamin B5 (Panthenol) — a humectant and soothing agent, supports skin repairing and calming
-
Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate) — hydrates by attracting and retaining moisture, helping to keep skin plump and reduce the feeling of tightness
-
Supporting ingredients — may include buffering agents, emollients, stabilizers, mild soothing agents (like allantoin or aloe derivatives), and preservatives to ensure stability and tolerability
How to Use
-
Use at night only, on clean, dry skin (face and neck)
-
Start slowly — apply 1–2 pumps (or a small amount) 2–3 times per week, especially in the beginning
-
Spread evenly across the face (avoiding eye area) and allow to absorb fully
-
After it absorbs, follow with a gentle, hydrating moisturizer to lock in moisture
-
As skin builds tolerance, you may increase frequency (e.g. nightly) depending on your skin’s sensitivity
-
Do not combine with other strong actives (like retinoids or other acids) on the same night to reduce risk of irritation
-
Because it’s an exfoliating acid serum, always use a broad‑spectrum sunscreen during the next day, since your skin will be more vulnerable to UV damage
